Agreed - they're different things. BB is an insecticide - that I guess works similarly to the Boric Acid element of the Z cream? Whereas BP is the anti-acne cream that we all know about. BP is strong stuff, like Jen says, but saying that if you are going to use it, you can get it in lower concentrat...

Oh Jen, poor you for what you've had to go through - given the extent of your rosacea. There is definitely improvement in the P&Ps though, that cannot be denied, and I'm so happy for you and can totally understand why you want to share it with us. I can relate to the racoon eyes of your second p...

At the end of week 11 now... so halfway between the 3 and 4 month mark. I had a very good response to the Z cream over the first few weeks when I first started using it, as reported in earlier posts. Then I started to get some blemishes/breakouts, and though I was kinda disappointed, i perserved as ...

Coming up to the end of week 7 now. I had still been using the Z cream morning and night, and at around week 6 onwards my skin started to get quite red, blotchy and irritated again, which was disappointing. I decided to cut back to using the Z cream in the evening only, and over the last week my ski...

Thanks for the tip - I've been making more of an effort to avoid the mouth area when applying the cream to my chin too, which seems to have helped. I also avoid the eye areas completely now, as I didnt like the crinkly effect the cream was giving me in that area, plus I apply some aqueous cream ther...

All I can say is that I always break out when I am ill - without fail. Must be some kind of immuno-response, though how and why I couldn't possibly tell you. I hope you get better soon and the breakout clears up.

Today my skin is so so good - my best day for a long time - no blemishes, no redness in my t zone. I've taken to using emu oil to counter the dryness I experience in the morning when I apply the z cream. I dont apply any moisturiser in the evening though - I dont care what I look like in my own home...

I wonder if stress is one of your triggers, miteymite? I know whenever I am stressed it causes my eczema to flare. Gives me an excuse to be as laid back and lazy as possible hehe  Are you going to continue using the laroche posay cream when your xcream arrives? I keep reading in this forum time...

Jen, we've spoken before on another forum - you once said you started the candida diet after I mentioned to you I was doing well on it earlier this yr... well, I started the Z cream after you mentioned you had started on it - it's a small world, and thanks :-) I know you have been breaking out quite...

Day 17 now. Still continuing to use the cream in the morning and evening. Still mostly clear, but had some small breakouts in areas of my face where I don't usually get any spots, like my hairline and some areas of my forehead. Had a couple of larger spots on my chin and cheek, where I consistentl g...

It was very hard initially, because I was like "what on earth am i going to eat??". Then once I got into it and found a routine, I quite enjoyed it, especially as the stricter I was, the more improvements I saw. Then I reached a point where I started to rebel, as I felt food was taking ove...

Hi Sandy. Last November, I was feeling very unwell overall - tired, sluggish, problems sleeping, always stressed and anxious - all in addition to my skin problems (ezcema, acne, permanent redness). So I went to see a nutritionist and she thought a candida diet would be highly beneficial for me. It w...

Hi MM. I am having very positive results with the Z cream so far - my face is clear within only 9 days of use. I am keeping my fingers crossed thsi lasts, but of course understand it might not. I am posting updates in my own thread so as not to hijack yours: http://www.demodexsolutions.com/phpbb2/vi...
